WE ARE REDLANDS EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
We believe humans are made to move. Our exercise physiologists serve as guides and coaches to support you in finding ways to become more physically active. We specialize in older adult strength & conditioning, mental health, NDIS, and recovery from pain.
Our approach is to make exercise as simple, approachable and effective as possible. We cut through the BS.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are University trained allied health providers. We all have specialised training in managing chronic health conditions using exercise as our primary tool.
