We have designed our gym space to specifically cater for our local community of older adults. We are experts in guiding people through a change process: taking control of their strength and physical health. The trick is keeping it simple and enjoyable.
Nobody yells at you, nobody demands you do more reps, nobody forces you to do things that hurt. We adapt our group programs extensively to serve each individual within our care.
