Class begins at 11:00AM, please arrive 10 minutes early.

Classes are $20 per session.

This may be eligible for rebates from Private Health providers under HICAPS code 502. This is eligible for Type 2 Diabetes Group Class concessions under Medicare.

THE POOL

Indoor, heated, comfortable

The pool is fully enclosed and sheltered from sun, wind and rain. As such, sun protection is not required. We recommend loose-fitting clothing on the upper and lower body.

The pool is 1.2-1.3m deep and the pool is 32-33 degrees celcius.
