ADDITIONAL FEES
Cancellation, Travel, or Reports
- Unreasonable Late Cancellation within 7 days of appointment: Up to 100% of consult fee if we cannot fill the cancelled appointment spot.
- Travel Rate: pro-rata per 5 minutes up to 30 minutes each direction at $148.50/hour
- NDIS Report Writing: pro-rata per 5 minutes up to 180 minutes at $148.50/hour
