
Cancellation Policy
To provide quality care and ensure appointment availability for all clients, our clinic maintains the following cancellation policy.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation; this policy helps us offer our services efficiently to all clients.
Applies to all clients (including NDIS)
Notice Requirement:
Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
How to Cancel:
Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
Payment of Fees:
When a cancellation fee is charged, you will be emailed an invoice for payment. Any cancellation fees incurred must be paid before further appointments may be scheduled.
Late Cancellation Fee:

If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time and we are unable to fill the appointment slot from our cancellation list, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled appointment cost will be charged. If an appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice, no fee will be charged.

Fee Waiver: If the appointment is filled by another client, the cancellation fee will be waived. Similarly, if we are able to reschedule your appointment in the subsequent 7 days, your cancellation fee will be waived. Please note: your cancellation fee will not be waived if you cannot reschedule your appointment within 7 calendar days due to our schedule having limited availability.
